As a co-founder and SVP of Programs, I grounded the organization’s growth in spiritual leadership; led retreat program design/implementation; developed the organization’s ethics and safety strategy; cultivated strategic partnerships (research, practicum, and affiliate); and participated heavily in operations, marketing, and business development.
