New Leaders is a nonprofit organization dedicated to developing equity-focused school leaders to improve educational outcomes. I served as Director of Product Design & Innovation (leading a matrixed product design function across technology, design, program facilitation and legal, and contributing to impacting 14,000 school leaders and 7 million students). I also led an internal mindfulness initiative on the program design team.
