At Booz Allen (a leading management consulting, technology, and defense contracting firm), I was an instructional designer and project manager, consulting for federal government and nonprofit clients. I led proposal efforts for engagements valued at $100m and participated in business development efforts leading to $12m in new engagements. I managed small teams and project budgets.
