ATD is a membership organization serving talent development professionals who help others achieve their full potential by improving their skills and knowledge in the workplace. I served as a board and leadership team member of the MD chapter of ATD, overseeing the chapter’s professional development offerings for members. In this role, I conceptualized and spearheaded ATDMD’s Inner Inspiration Week (an online wellbeing summit).
